Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: grow (1 day) in SUX medium + Naldixic acid (6.25 µl of 20mg/ml stock) + Kanamycin (2.5 µl stock 1000x) + 25 µl 10mM IPTG.*Spin down 5ml per strain, resuspend pellets (barely visible) in SUX medium + Kanamycin (2.5 µl stock 1000x) + 25 µl 10mM IPTG.*grow overnight.
