Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Sample were grown in LB + 5 um Chloramphenicol + 10 mM MgCl2 + 30 mM xyl. 10 ml grown in 100 ml baffled flask for best aeration according to Ethan.

Sample Preparation: Frozen in vitrobot, but manually from behind. Cells were grown to ~ OD of 0.3 then diluted 10 fold.
