Visualizing endogenous fluorescence throughout a cleared mouse femur
Description
The movie shows a MIP image of an entire mouse femur at different angles and zoomed in view of the greater trochanter area. Digital sections with 30 µm thickness are shown at different bone depths at the greater trochanter. Sox9+ cells are labeled with red fluorescent protein (tdTomato), while tissue autofluorescence in green provides structural cues.
