Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: cells grown to log phase in TB, induced with 14 mM IPTG for 3 hours, lysed with penicillin for 1 hour, add DNAse buffer, DNAse for 20 min, add AgNO3 (0.014g AgNO3 in 1ml HEPES pH 7.2) and 50µl to 1 ml, incubated 20 min, spin down at 6krpm
Sample Preparation: plunge freeze on Quantifoil R2/2 in liquid ethane/propane mix
