Collaborators and Roles: I got these cells from Poorna (which she got from Mow's group in USC). I imaged them in the same time I imaged the dFlgH mutant to make sure that under these conditions the wild type cells will still express the PL-subcomplexes.

Sample Preparation: Cells were grown in LB overnight at 30 C. The idea was to compare them with dFlgH cells which were grown under the same conditions to make sure that the WT cells express the PL-subcomplexes.
