Supplementary Movie 4-3 : Posteriorly migration of neural crest cells along the developing gut
Description
We examined cell behaviors at the pharyngeal junction where cardiac neural crest cells start to migrate into heart and enteric structures. When Utrophin-Scarlet or H2B-YFP expressing cardiac neural crest population was imaged in the lateral view, we noticed that as the stream reached pharyngeal arch 6, some cells began to migrate posteriorly along the developing gut.
