Description

Changes in this release: * Catch another case of authors in titles separated by `/ by`. * Support creating `FolioRecord` objects using saved JSON data from FOLIO OKAPI API calls. * Rewrite all tests to use saved data instead of calling Caltech's FOLIO API server.
