Description

There are no functional changes in this release; the changes all concern code dependencies and installation instructions. * The requirements in `requirements.txt` now pin the versions of Python packages needed. * `Pipfile` and `Pipefile.lock` files are now provided for use with [pipenv](https://pipenv.pypa.io). * Imports of [sidetrack](https://github.com/caltechlibrary/sidetrack) now refer to the latest API. * The installation instructions in the [README](README.md) file now include information about using [pipx](https://pypa.github.io/pipx/).
