Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: The sample was grown in perfusion chamber and fixed for 1hour with 2.5% glutaraldehyde. Then washed 3 times in distilled water for 1 minute each. The sample was blotted in a manual plunger with 1ul gold beads.
Sample Preparation: The ice was too thick in the squares for which LM images were available, so could not correlate. Took tomograms of all bugs in a square.
