This is a sample from the perfusion set up. This is a mutant delta crp which is supposed to make excessive nanowires and has no cytochromes.Every cell imaged was corelated to its FLM image showing a nanowire

Sample Preparation: The sample was manually plunge frozen. Gold side was glow discharged. Sample was grown on the glow discharged side, and blotted from opposite side before freezing.
