caltechlibrary/dataset: Add indexing and search support with Bleve

Description

_dataset_ now supports storage in S3 for collection objects, it supports creating Blevesearch indexes on local disc with _dsindexer_ and command line search with _dsfind_. + dsindexer will generate a Bleve index on a collection from a JSON definition file + dsfind is a command line search tool based on Bleve's QueryStringQuery and a Bleve index provided + output options include plain text, CSV and JSON formats
