Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Plunge frozen at DIV 14 Grids were treated with PDL prior to plating and 3 ul concentrated gold suspended in growth media was added to grid before freezing.

Sample Preparation: Grids were plunge froze in a vitrobot at 95 % humidity adn 22 C. They were manually blotted from behind.
