Collaborators and Roles: Wei Yang froze grids. Shrawan FIB-milled cells and performed ECT. Cells courtesy of Chan lab.

Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Cells were grown on R2/2 quantifoil gold grids treated with 0.1 mg/mL fibronectin.

Sample Preparation: Cells were treated for 3 min with 10 µM FCCP before plunge freezing and FIB-milling.
