Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Cells grown in BLBB + 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum at 37 degrees + 5% CO2 for 4 days, OD600=0.4.Hs.746T cells cultivated on QF Au finder grid for 1 day. Infect by pylori for 4 hr.

Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 37 C, 3µl BSA treated gold (100 ul gold resuspent in 30 ul). Manual blot by Whatman 1 filter paper. Ethane/propane mix.
