Live imaging of a pupal notum, 16 h APF, over 20 min. Vkg-GFP (green) indicates Collagen IV. Many Vkg-GFP punctae are evident, some clearly mobile over the 20 min imaging. Max projection over 40 µm Z-depth. Anterior is up.
