Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Single colony was picked from a PYE plate w/ 0.2 glucose and cultured o/n. The next day cells were diluted to exponential phase and induced for 8hrs w/ 0.3% xylose.
Sample Preparation: R2/2 or R2/1, 10nm gold, 100% humidity
