Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: purified by 3000xg low-speed centrifugation (10 min) to remove filamentous cells. Then do a 15,000xg spin (30 min) to pellet down the mini cells.

Sample Preparation: quantifoil grid, 10 nm gold beads, 100% humidty
