Description

SNAP2 results of CaORC4. Analysis of CaORC4 protein sequence in SNAP299 demonstrates that the tyrosine (Y273) marked with a black arrow to be affected with high score and accuracy which means that this residue is indispensable and any mutation of this residue affects the function of the protein. The table lists the score and the percent accuracy of the prediction.
