Software and data for a model of Drosophila locomotion
Description
Software and data necessary to replicate results from Chapter 7 of my thesis. Once dependencies (e.g. TensorFlow) have been set up, users need only run main.py to produce data files reflecting simulated and in-data walking. Data overlaps with Karashchuk et al., "Anipose: a toolkit for robust markerless 3D pose estimation." Cell reports (2021) -- replicated with permission from authors.
