Motor-driven microtubule diffusion in a photobleached dynamical coordinate system
Description
This repository contains all of the raw image photobleach data and the code of the COMSOL simulations found in the manuscript "Motor-driven microtubule diffusion in a photobleached dynamical coordinate system." All names of the photobleach data indicate experimental conditions, such as motor species used, time when the photobleaching took place during the network contraction, ATP concentration, time intervals between frames, etc. Raw images can be used on the 'crop_images.py' file in the GitHub repo which crops and centers the images around the contracting network.
