Swift DMS Analysis Program

Description

The deposited zip file contains the Xcode project that is the source code for the program Swift DMS. The main goal of this program is to provide a convenient way to analyze data from experiments involving deep mutational scanning of barcoded variants. The DMS analysis in this program is closely patterned after a workflow from Jesse Bloom's laboratory (https://github.com/jbloomlab/SARS-CoV-2_Bjorkman_pilot) which uses their dms_variants Python package, although this app uses no Python packages.
