Description

Added a *frame* (aka data frame) support to *dataset* based on *grid* plus persistent metadata. Frames persist with the collection and can be regenerated, modified and removed. See the document collections-grids-and-frames.md for details. Misc. bug fixes, some documentation edits. dsws has been removed from package. Bleve support remains in the *dataset* command but maybe replaced in the future by another indexing/search system. *dataset* may be feature complete for v0.1.0 release at this point.

Dataset is a command line tool for working with JSON (object) documents on local disc, in an S3 bucket or on Google Sheets/Cloud Storage
