Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 37 C, 3µl BSA treated 10 nm gold (100 ml gold+ 25 ml 10% BSA x4, resuspend in 30 ul). Blot for 5 sec (1 sec longer than usual to remove more solution). Ethane/propane mix.
