Description

This is an immuno labeled sample. The extracellular cytochrome supposed to be the nanowire is immuno labeled i.e. the primary antibody was against the extracellular cytochrome, and a gold conjugated secondary against the primary was used. This sample is fixed.

Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: On imaging it is seen that there are way too many gold beads and also there is ice on the sample.

Sample Preparation: This is wt chemostat sample. Cu finder grids were used (the usual one). Blotting conditions- Blot force -6, blot time -3 , drain time - 1s.
