Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Overnight cultures of Vibrio cholerae O395 N1 pMT5 grown in LB pH 6.5, 1 mM IPTG and 100 ug/mL ampicilin. Refreshed in fresh media right before freezing.
Sample Preparation: Vitrobot (MK iv) settings: 100% humidity, 3µl sample, 10 mg/ml BSA treated gold. Blot force 6, blot time 2.5 sec. Wait time 0 sec. Drain time 1 sec. Ethane/propane mix. Grid: C-flat Cu 2/2.
