Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Grown using serum bottle. This sample was lightly fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde, the very same sample that was sent for SEM. After mixing with glutaraldehyde in a tube, the sample was applied on grid and frozen.
Sample Preparation: blotting conditions: 4 ul sample, blot force 6, blot time 3, drain time 1s
