Technical info
Tilt Series Date: 2010-03-05
Data Taken By: Zhuo Li Species / Specimen: Escherichia coli Strain: Tilt Series Settings: Single Axis, tilt range: (-63.0°, 63.0°), step: 1.5°, constant angular increment, dosage: 190.0 eV/Ų, defocus: -12.0 μm, magnification: 18000x. Acquisition Software: Leginon Upload Method: webload Processing Software Used: RAPTOR and Peach Collaborators and Roles: Skinny E. coli (DS664) and plasmids pDS176 (gfp-mreB in pKG116) and pDS728 (gfp-mreB-A125V in pKG116) were provided by Daisuke Shiomi. Plasmids were transformed into DS664 by electroporation by Zhuo Li. Data collected and processed by ZL. Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: L broth. GFP-MreB was induced by salicylate. For correlative LM and ECT, membrane dye FM4-64 was added (001-012) Sample Preparation: R2/2 CF or Quantifoil, 10 nm gold, 100% humidity zla2010-03-05-12_slicer9502.jpg: E. coli .
