Description

The sample was grown in perfusion chamber and fixed for 30 minutes with 4% formaldehyde. Then washed 3 times in distilled water for 1 minute each. The sample was blotted in a manual plunger with 1.5ul gold beads.

Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Lm is taken before and after fixing. In the LM after fixing the nanowires were shrunk. Although the the cells looked good with formaldehyde we had lost long nanowires.
