Relative collection time (days post enrollment): The time (in days) from when a participant was enrolled in the study. 

swab Viral load (N cp/mL): The viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in swab samples measured by N gene cp/mL.

TCID50/mL: The tissue culture infection dose to infect 50% of test cultures (TCID50) for samples collected from nasal swabs.

swab RNaseP: Cq vlaue of human RNaseP gene control in swab samples. 

saliva viral load (N cp/mL): The viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in saliva samples measured by N gene cp/mL.
