Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: H.pylori cells grown in BLBB + 5% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum at 37 degrees in 5% CO2 chamber to OD600=1, back diluted to OD 0.3, grew to OD 0.6 before frozen.

Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 3µl sample, 10 mg/ml BSA treated gold. -3.5 offset, 4 sec blot time, no drain. Ethane/propane mix. Grid: Quantifoil Cu 2/2 200.
