Dataset for Autonomous Adaptive Data Acquisition (AADA)
Description
Data obtained at ALS Beamline 1.4.3 (Berkeley, CA, USA) by Elizabeth Holman and is owned by the California Institute of Technology (Pasadena, CA, USA). The data are organized into the two experimental cases where "abiotic" refers to the two-component chemical model system and "biotic" refers to the C. elegans data sets described in the associated publication. Please read the methods section of the publication carefully to understand the differences between both experimental cases along with the subsequent data processing considerations. The incorporated README file contains a list of data formats as well as a detailed description of the AADA software data folders.
