Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: H.pylori cells grown in BLBB + 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum at 37 degrees in microaerobic chamber with GasPak EZ Campy Sachets for 2 days, OD600=0.4AGS cells cultivated on QF Au finder grid for 2 day in DMEM + 10% FBS. Infect by pylori for 6 hr.

Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 37 C, 3µl BSA treated gold (1 ml gold resuspent in 30 ul). Manual blot by Whatman 40 filter paper. Ethane/propane mix.
