caltechlibrary/cell-atlas: Release 1.2

This release adds brand new features to the "The Atlas of Bacterial & Archaeal Cell Structure" site, as well as enhancing existing features: - Adds image comparison sliders to accompany many of the videos on the site. - Revamps the video player to allow for simple video scrubbing of played videos on Chrome. Also adds the ability to switch the quality of the streamed video from 1080p to 480p. - Adds an interactive Phylogenetic tree that allows for zooming/panning of the tree. Pop up menus can be opened through the Phylogenetic tree to see links to relevant sections. - Updated offline versions to include all new features (without video scrubbing and quality switching).
