Movie 2 Blister wings caused by precocious cell death in a hidW mutant Although a hidW /TM6b mutant fly showed normal wing extension behavior, adhesion of two layers of the dorsal and ventral cuticles of the wings was disrupted by precocious cell death, resulting in the formation of blister wings during extension.
