Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Cells grown overnight in TB/Gentamycin medium at 30 degrees, diluted in fresh media and grown to log phase. 2ml concentrated to 100µl, Penicillin added and incubated for 1 hour. Then strain was put on ice until freezing.
Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings:100% humidity, 3µl sample, 10 nM BSA treated gold. -4 offset, 3.5s blot time, no drain. Ethane/propane mix.
