Description
The sample was grown in perfusion chamber and fixed for 15 minutes with 2.5% glutaraldehyde. Then washed 3 times in distilled water for 1 minute each. The sample was blotted in a manual plunger with 1.5ul gold beads.

Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Lm is taken before and after fixing. In the LM after fixing the nanowires were just like the ones before fixing. Long nanowires were present and the correlation was very good.
