Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: MS411-R1-16 & WM1652 grew to OD 0.6 in LB. Mix 2.5 ul of each onto grids on LB-agar plate, incubate 30 min for conjugation.

Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 22.5 C, 3µl BSA treated 10 nm gold (100 ul gold+ 25 ul BSA, pellets from 6 tubes merged into ~30 ul final solution). Manual blot by Whatman 1 filter paper for 3 sec. Ethane/propane mix.
