Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Cells were plated on LB agar plate with 100 ug/ml gentamicin. Then, single colony was . inoculated in LB culture (with 100 ug/ml gentamicin) at 37C overnight. After 16 hours, the cells . were added to grids and blotted.
