Fix rainbow colormaps before it's too late!

This is an initial release of codon pair -- a implementation of the codon pair score calculation in python. The values calculated by this code match those provided by the perl script, checked by regression testing.

A Shiny app that plots an up-to-date version of the total number of annotated proteins in genomes submitted to GenBank as a function of genome size (based on data provided by NCBI genome reports).
