Turf ("TIND.io URL Fixer") is a program to download records from the Caltech TIND.io database and check the URLs that may be embedded within the records.

This solve a problem with the Windows application bundle produced with PyInstaller, wherein the Python `keyring` package wasn't able to use a suitable backend. The fix involved explicitly loading the right keyring backend for windows.

This release fixes a bug on Windows. The correct keyring was not being used on Windows when Urlup was used in an application built using PyInstaller. It is not entirely clear to me why, but forcing the selection of a specific keyring on Windows seems to solve the problem.

This release improves handling proxies and proxy passwords, fixes many bugs, and has numerous improvements under the hood.

The main feature in this new release is a command-line argument (and API parameter) to reset proxy login credentials. This makes it possible to reset credentials when they were inadvertently typed incorrectly the previous time. In addition, this release fixes several minor bugs.
