This folder provides all data and code needed to reproduce the analysis and figures of Chapter 2 ("Ligand-Receptor Promiscuity Enables Complex Computations") in the associated thesis, "Principles of Addressing Specificity in Promiscuous Ligand-Receptor Systems."
